KURT KLAUSMAIR

President

Kurt Klausmair is the founder of Klausmair Construction. Kurt started the business and entered the industry in 1994 when he was just 20 years old. Over the course of nearly 3 decades, Kurt has used hands on experience and outside resources to grow Klausmair Construction into one of the premier exterior remodeling companies in central Pennsylvania. 


In 2022, Kurt joined his Brother-In-Law & Sister in Florida, leaving our Lancaster branch in the hands of his General Manager and son, Evan Klausmair. 

EVAN KLAUSMAIR

General Manager

Evan Klausmair formally joined Klausmair Construction in 2017 as a member of our service team. While in high school, Evan spent his summers working with our crews.

As Evan gained more hands on experience, he began branching into sales and in 2019 he teamed up with Chad Spinello to take over our HOA sales and services.

As our General Manager, Evan continues to bring about new changes to KC. He aims to maintain our reputation while bringing us into the digital age.

Production Manager

Kevin handles all things production: ordering materials, scheduling crews, and dispatching outside resources, so that your project is completed on time, and to the Klausmair Construction Standards.

Chad works with our Sales Teams & Clients to create a streamlined and professional experience during your home improvement project.

KC office manager

CAROLYN FINEGAN

Office Manager

Carolyn runs and oversees the daily admin work. From customer relations, to accounting and invoicing, and so much more.

Project Manager

Javin oversees the quality and performance of our crews on your project. He is one of our most knowledgeable team members, and his hard work is greatly appreciated by every member of our team, as well as our clients. 

CLIFF DISSINGER

Co-Production Coordinator & Commercial Estimator

Cliff assists our Production Coordinator Kevin to ensure the scheduling and communication between client and KC is as efficient as possible. Cliff has a background in manufacturing, though has quickly become a valuable team member here at KC. 

JADA O'DONNELL

Director of Marketing

Jada’s role here at KC is to provide quality content for our community and to increase our brand awareness. She also assists our sales team and Officer Manager, Carolyn with administrative tasks. If you place a call to the office, there is a good chance you’ll be speaking with Jada! 

MIKE BABSKI

Sales Representative

Mike is one of the biggest team players to have ever joined the KC Team. With a background in auto-mechanics as well as auto body repair and repainting, the construction industry was a learning experience for Mike. Though in his time with us, he has learned so much and has grown into one of our top sales representatives! Mike is highly responsive and personable and his knowledge base is commendable. 

Mike also assists KC in maintaining our trucks and equipment so we can maintain a professional and polished appearance and experience for our customers.
