KURT KLAUSMAIR
President
Kurt Klausmair is the founder of Klausmair Construction. Kurt started the business and entered the industry in 1994 when he was just 20 years old. Over the course of nearly 3 decades, Kurt has used hands on experience and outside resources to grow Klausmair Construction into one of the premier exterior remodeling companies in central Pennsylvania.
EVAN KLAUSMAIR
General Manager
Evan Klausmair formally joined Klausmair Construction in 2017 as a member of our service team. While in high school, Evan spent his summers working with our crews.
As Evan gained more hands on experience, he began branching into sales and in 2019 he teamed up with Chad Spinello to take over our HOA sales and services.
As our General Manager, Evan continues to bring about new changes to KC. He aims to maintain our reputation while bringing us into the digital age.
CHAD JONAS
Head of Construction Operations
Chad Jonas is a highly experienced builder and developer with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. As a fourth-generation professional, he has a deep understanding of the field and has worked on various types of projects. His expertise includes residential tract development, both in terms of horizontal and vertical construction. He also has experience in multi-family construction, country club remodeling and additions, commercial shopping center construction and build-outs, as well as fire, tornado, hurricane, and flood restoration work. Chad's extensive background also encompasses residential remodeling, making him well-rounded in both new construction and remodeling projects. With his vast knowledge and experience, he is a valuable asset to Klausmair Construction and ensures that every project is executed to the highest standard.
Chad is also the Brother-In-Law Kurt Klausmair and Uncle of Evan Klausmair.
